It's a quarter acre corner block in Ainslie with a two-minute walk to the Ainslie Shops and Mount Ainslie Reserve. We bought a small and cosy red-brick cottage on a large, totally un-landscaped block, and turned it into a totally modern, open, home, with a minimalist Colourbond extension, attached brick double-garage and fully landscaped surrounds, including paved courtyards and rose garden.
