We were shopping for a family home in 2014. We looked at a number of other properties before we found 7 Morgan Street. As well as its lovely feel and the peaceful, park outlook it was all the added extras that had been built in for leisure and security that we just didnt find in other homes that won us over.

Since that time, we have added touches that we feel complete this calm and luxurious family home and truly hope the new owners get to love and enjoy the property as much as we have.

We will be sad to say goodbye but as our children are about to leave the nest, we think its time to downsize and have decided on a lifestyle change closer to the city. With its central location to all the fantastic amenities North Lakes has to offer, we know any family would love it here!
