It's not so often that you get the opportunity to sell a beautiful home twice, but every now and then it happens. The delight of stepping inside Chisholm Street, a captivating residence, and meeting again with dear friends is a joy.

Life sometimes swings in round about's, for Russ and Judy it's time to go.

Long time lovers of life in the Inner North, with some excitement and trepidation they will change to a home in the Inner South. The short drive over the bridge offers a new experience however they will miss their stylish and beautiful Ainslie townhouse.

Judy and Russ have loved their home, and have had the good fortune of living in Ainslie for six years. A stylish home, light filled with luxurious interiors, a home that wraps around you with sense of spaciousness. Natural light, along with high ceilings accentuates the open floor plans and expands living, dining and kitchen areas.

The sun floods in through winter, the expanses of glass and courtyard a secluded sun trap. They have loved the versatility of the courtyard, offering morning and afternoon spaces, and Judy's garden is a gift to the next owner.

Judy and Russ will fondly remember the local rituals that define their time in Ainslie. The morning wake up call of the kookaburra's and the bush kangaroo's passing by in the gardens, and the weekly pub meal at Edgar's and coffee at Breizh cafe. Russ walks to the Ainslie shops each Saturday morning for the paper and groceries, with a bus ride home with shopping bags stopping right around the corner.

Judy walks every day between 7- 8am, enjoying the micro climate of the suburb nestled at the base of the mountain. The experience of the bush, the dappled morning light through the walking trails, is a very special experience of living here. Her fondest memory of the home will be the bush hues and nature surrounds.

They have both loved the access to the city and cultural events, the theatre, movies and Llewellyn Hall a short drive or uber ride, the city on your doorstep!
