Town water is connected and used to flush the toilet and outdoor use. The rest of the home runs on rainwater which is collected in tanks totalling approx. 6,000 gallons.

The other option is you could build another home and use the current home as a granny flat or perhaps rent it out. There is plenty of room on the block to build and still have heaps of play area for the kids.

Having two road frontages, the block is approx. 72m above sea level and the boundary is fenced with dog wire. There is a double lockup colourbond shed with concrete floor.

Rates are approx. $1,930 per year. Rubbish bin collection is available and mail is collected from the post office.

For those who love beautiful beaches, fishing or boating, you are not far from Agnes Water/1770 and Baffle Creek. Other great fishing spots are Lake Awoonga & Lake Monduran, both an easy drive from the block.

Miriam Vale offers you all the facilities you would expect in a small country town. There are plenty of clubs to join and a Prep to Grade 10 school and children in Grade 11 and 12 can catch the school bus to Tannum Sands. The tilt train stops at the Miriam Vale train station and you have a lovely park and playground for children.
