The main bathroom is centrally located off the passage and has a shower, bath and vanity. The laundry is alongside. The central open plan living area has a good sized kitchen, with good cupboard and bench space, breakfast bar, pantry, electric hotplate and under-bench oven, the dining area is alongside and in front of the dining area is a nice living space. There is double carport under the main roof and the front verandah provides a place to sit, whilst out the back is a nice paved area with some plants around the border and an area of lawn alongside and on the opposite side is a garden shed. The front gardens are very neat and tidy with garden beds of mostly native low maintenance plants. The rear yard is fully enclosed ideal for small children or pet. The property is currently tenanted so would therefore make an ideal investment or if required a low maintenance house to move into. H33M
