Fantastic cubby and sandpit with a small basketball court, lovely curved concrete driveway. Established shady and welcoming gardens with lawns on reticulation. Huge lovely paved patio for entertaining overlooking the pool area and a shade house for plant lovers. Rainwater tank plumbed to kitchen. Horse stable and round yard with 2 paddocks was perfect for our horses and kids. Dual access to block with established fencing. Yard is secure for dogs and horses. Solar hot water service. NBN. Split system AC and evaporative cooling to house and studio. Sweet wood fire for winter time in the living room. Alarm system to house and shed and sensor lights. So close to town and all amenities. Very quiet location and very close to BMX track and horse riding park. Lovely river bank rides and walks only 800m down the road. Bridle paths, bike trails, Moresby Range views Walking distance to Strathalbyn Christian College and Turtle Cove Day Care. Bus route to every school. Could rent out studio, horse yards and sheds for extra income. We have the perfect neighbours right around us. It was a lovely family home for us for 12 years and we are sad to have moved due to work relocation.
