Since building the home 12 years ago, we wanted something that we could enjoy living in so were quite careful with layout and size. Whilst the home was built as an investment property and had been returning us $530 per week, we have decided to move on to a new adventure.

We know the new owners will be really happy here as its been thoroughly enjoyed by the tenants we have had living there. The position is special, and sizes are very generous for a big family.
