The 732 m block is in a fan shape and takes in the corner of the street at the front.This section houses the pool and the gazebo and is screened by trees from the road. The play area for the kids Is at the front of the home. With no houses opposite, the trees and paddocks of the regional Park surrounding you, it is a beautiful natural setting. As the living areas are situated close to the front lawns it is easy for parents to keep the children in sight at all times. The rear garden could have the shed removed and become a shady haven in the summer: a super patch for more delicate plants and veggies. There is a work yard between the rear garden and the gazebo.

This section of Edgewater is important for the bird and the animal life in the Regional Park. With Carnaby's cockatoos and the Long-necked swamp tortoise, endangered species overflow into Edgewater suburb.Living in the best of both worlds we not only have the country and Lake on our doorstep but also world class facilities in Joondalup city centre. Twelve minutes by car from the house will take you to Lakeside shopping centre, the TAFE, Edith Cowan university, Joondalup health campus, the police college and hopefully a return to vibrancy with the Cafe strip reopening at some stage.
Access to the freeway entrances, train station and the bus are all very close. The beach at Mullaloo is a friendly swimming beach and only a short drive away.
