What many of the current buyers are looking for at the moment is a house that they can live in while they add their own cosmetic changes to and still have the ability to extend, renovate or maybe even add a pool; well guess what, here it is! To quote a common statement in real estate, this may actually tick all the boxes?
The first thing you notice when you pull up outside this little cutie is its abundance of character, sporting the traditional bull nose verandah and hot tin roof. Inside is just as much character with solid timber floors, 10ft ceilings and VJ walls. The kitchen and bathroom were updated perhaps 20 years ago and still very workable.
