SYDNEY, 19 July 2004 - Mortgage Australia Group today announced it has joined forces with independent property research company PropertyValue.com.au, to promote and sell its range of innovative and easy-to-use property reports.

Mortgage Australia Group, one of the largest Australian Mortgage Brokers, will offer PropertyValue.com.au's property information reports through its websites,www.mortgageaustralia.com.au and www.thriftyhomeloans.com.au from the beginning of August, 2004.
